Storage method

Main Uses

1. Used in the manufacture of aniline dyes and azo dyes, in medicine, for the separation of nickel and diamond in metallurgy, and also in organic synthesis and steel analysis.

2. Potassium nitrite is a hair color agent allowed in my country. Potassium nitrite can also inhibit a variety of anaerobic Clostridium spores, especially Clostridium botulinum has a special inhibitory effect. my country stipulates that it can be used for curing canned livestock and poultry meat and meat products. The maximum use amount is 0.15g/kg; the residual amount (calculated as sodium nitrite) of meat products shall not exceed 0.03g/kg, and the residual amount of salted ham shall be 0.07 g/kg.
